Roles and Access Controls

Student data is valuable and should be protected as such. On our platform, user roles and permissions restrict access to reports and family contact details, ensuring that only designated staff can view them. Roles and permissions are customizable, meaning you can limit data just to specific school sites or programs, as needed. For example, an after-school coding teacher would only have access to student data and contact details for those within their program and school.
