Attendance and Rostering Systems

In our system, enrollment data flows seamlessly into the roster management and attendance tracking system. School staff can take attendance using any device (desktop, tablet or mobile), and attendance reports are auto-generated to track student attendance in real time.

On our platform, district staff and enrichment providers can send emails to families of students enrolled in given programs. You can create templates to standardize and streamline notification messages. And you can check whether those messages are getting read. Stats on open and click rates are available for each campaign.
Roles and Access Controls
Student data is valuable and should be protected as such. On our platform, user roles and permissions restrict access to reports and family contact details, ensuring that only designated staff can view them. Roles and permissions are customizable, meaning you can limit data just to specific school sites or programs, as needed. For example, an after-school coding teacher would only have access to student data and contact details for those within their program and school.
Integration and APIs
Educators shouldn’t spend their time on data entry. With ActivityHero, they don’t have to. Our platform can integrate with third-party software to send enrollment data back and forth securely between different partners. We support CSV files, Excel files, Google Sheets, Webhooks, APIs, Zapier and integration with school SIS systems, including Aeries, Powerschool and others.
